June is finally here and summer has officially begun. Our normal routines seem to silently change pace as we shift into “summer mode”. There is a simple joy in knowing we have three whole months to slow down and enjoy a lighter, more flexible schedule.
A change of routine is healthy for the mind, as well as the body. It can jump start the creative side of our nature and affords us the opportunity to look at things from a new perspective.
