2017 has been a busy year for SCL and we have been especially focused on a number of renovation projects. We recently transformed a small powder room into a full bathroom. And, we are close to the completion of two full basement renovations.
Let’s take a look at the full bathroom renovation.
Our client was relocating and had purchased a townhouse in Northern Virginia. It was a lovely townhouse in a great location, but it was lacking a much needed third bath. The client asked us to transform a small dated powder room into a new full bathroom…in less than a month. With some quick planning, a great contractor, Macco Remodeling, and a decisive client, we got to work. We gutted the bath and claimed additional space from an adjacent closet. A shower was added along with a new vanity, countertop, lighting, plumbing fixtures and tile. The result was an updated, bright bathroom, plus a much better use of existing space. Oh…and we met the deadline!
