On June 1st, SCL was delighted to attend a private Wine and Cheese Pairing event hosted by Dominion Electric in Chantilly. We learned all about “Cheeseology”, the art of pairing artisan cheese and craft wine, from the experts at Little Washington Winery. In addition, we had the opportunity to sit in on a presentation from a Phillips Lighting representative regarding the rapidly changing technology of LED lighting.
